Chicken Spinach Lasagna

Traditional lasagna with rich and cheesy layers of Pierce Chicken® Spinach Chicken Dip, ricotta cheese and melted mozzarella cheese.
Pierce Chicken® Spinach Chicken Dip (Code #17821) 15 cups
Marinara sauce 1 gallon
Pasta sheets, frozen 12 each
Mozzarella cheese, shredded 6 cups
Ricotta cheese, whole milk 6 cups
Parmesan cheese, grated 1 cup

Alfredo sauce may be substituted in place of marinara for a white lasagna variant.


To prepare 1 lasagna:

  1. Spread 2 cups marinara sauce in the bottom of a 2-inch deep full hotel pan.
  2. Arrange 2 pasta sheets over marinara sauce. Spread 2½ cups Pierce Chicken® Spinach Chicken Dip over pasta, top with 1 cup ricotta cheese, 2 cups marinara and 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
  3. Repeat process for 2 additional layers, top with Parmesan cheese, wrap tightly with foil and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes, remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  4. Transfer hotel pan to steam table or hot box and hold hot for service. Serve 4-inch by 4-inch slices on a heated plate.
